Cookies and essential storage

The site uses functional storage for the product selection and preferences you request. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

1. Your product selection

The ae_session cookie connects your browser to a saved product selection when you add an item or use a form that needs a session. It contains a random identifier, not your name, email or skincare answers.

The cookie lasts for the browser session. The corresponding server-side selection expires after 24 hours of inactivity. Browser session restoration can affect when a session cookie disappears.

2. Notice and invitation preferences

The ae_notice_dismissed and ae_invite_dismissed sessionStorage entries remember when you dismiss the functional-storage notice or the consultation invitation. They apply to this site and tab session and contain no contact details.

These entries appear after the relevant choice. Reading a product page does not require an advertising consent decision.

3. Language selection

The language you select determines which version of the customer-service pages is displayed. Language links can carry that choice in the page address. Any browser preference used to remember an explicit language choice is functional and is not used for tracking.

4. Clearing storage

Use Clear selection to reset your saved product choices, or remove this site's cookies and storage in your browser settings. Doing so can reset the selection and show a dismissed notice again.

Clearing a browser cookie is different from deleting a submitted enquiry. Use the deletion control on the receipt, or contact adriaessence@gmail.com with your reference, to request deletion of the saved record.

Blocking all storage can prevent the selection and form safeguards from working. You can still read the collection and contact details.

5. Changes to the services used

Optional tracking would require its own explanation and any consent required by law before activation. Essential storage is not permission for unrelated analytics, advertising or third-party tracking.
